At BRIX, you keep 100% of your commissions when you close a deal. We believe in agents realizing all of the gains from their hard work. Instead, you pay a small monthly fee for full access to all of the tools you need including coaching, branding, marketing resources and tons of support!
At BRIX, we show agents ALL of the ways to find leads, convert leads and even buy leads if that is your thing. We have great partners that generate online leads and each agent can decide what to spend on their own leads if that is one of their pillars. We also have a lot of agents who prefer to work other lead sources like open houses, door knocking, community events, buyer seminars and more. We support and train on all lead source possibilities.
Absolutely! We offer a Mentorship Program where new agents can select an approved BRIX mentor to guide them through their first 5-10 transactions. This operates on a commission split agreement between the mentee and mentor. You get hands-on learning from experienced agents while building your confidence.
The cost is $300/month for each agent. There is an onboard fee of $250 for existing Real Broker agents and $500 for agents moving brokerages. The onboard fee includes white glove service to ensure you are set up at REAL and on the team. It also includes your first order of business cards. The Transaction coordinator program operates on a per deal basis (optional) and costs $275/transaction.
